About the workshop: This floor work workshop invites you to slow down and expand, to take up space with intention and presence. Designed to bridge the gap between going up and down the pole, we’ll explore how to move seamlessly through the in-between, transforming simple pathways into captivating, grounded choreography. Expect a focus on fluidity, control, and sensual texture as you learn to melt into the floor with confidence and ease. We’ll play with weight, pacing, and direction to create movement that feels both powerful and effortless, where every gesture is deliberate, and every pause speaks. This class is an invitation to embody your glamour, own the stage beneath you, and discover the art of being just as mesmerising on the floor as you are in the air. A winner of national and international competitions, she has continually pushed the boundaries of movement and expression. Originally from Quebec and now based in Vancouver, she is passionate about teaching and sharing her love for pole dance, focusing on the deep connection between mind, body, and movement. Through her work, Caroline inspires others to explore their strength, grace, and potential.
