About the workshop: Learn a sassy sparkly spinning routine and fall in love with spin pole! Work on fluid transitions, master technique to make your spins look effortless, and combine this with graceful choreo to build a fun sparkly routine. Lean in to your personal style and discover new ways to engage an audience while you spin. Suitable for higher beginner / intermediate levels and up. Heels optional and leg grip beneficial. Pre Reqs (suggested): Spin pole experience an asset. Things to bring: Heels optional. Originally from Ireland, she now lives in Vancouver, teaching and performing full-time locally, internationally, and online. Leanne’s titles include Pole Princess Ireland 2013, UKAPP Semi Pro 2014, Pole Theatre Drama Ireland 2015, and All Ireland Pole Dance Champion 2015. She was voted runner up in the United Pole Artist Polers Choice awards, and has judged competitions such as Pole Princess Ireland, Dance Filthy Canada, CPAC, Skripped Down, and PSO. Leanne is a proud skr!pper, showgirl, and spicy content creator, with a belief in the strength of the SW community, a love of storytelling through movement, and a passion for all things sexy and flowy.
