Service Description
Self-guided training time. A Pole Trix staff member will be present for safety purposes, but instruction and spotting will not be available. Please ensure you read and agree to the self recording and other policies regarding Open Studio time before registering. Thank you for keeping this a safe and welcoming space!

Cancellation Policy
*You have 8 hours before the start of class to cancel your class before a $15 plus GST penalty is charged. This charge is per class. By registering online you are agreeing to this policy and potential charge. You will be asked to confirm payment method when booking to secure your spot in class. For any clarifications, please contact us at info@poletrix.ca and do not register until you understand and agree to the policy. Thank you! **We require a minimum of three students per class to run. If the required three students are not registered four hours before the start time, the class will be cancelled, and all class credits will be credited to your account. If you would like an extension to your intro pass or drop in pass because of a cancellation please email info@poletrix.ca before it expires. Thank you!
