Service Description

In this all levels pole workshop, Fei will guide you through a series of low flow sequences to explore body articulations, linking shapes, and maximizing flow using basic spins and momentum with progressions to more advanced movement. At the end of the workshop, students will have exposure to set sequences to integrate into their practice, along with ideas, tips, and pathways to start or improve on flow sequences of their own creation. Socks and knee pads are highly recommended. About Fei: Fei has been on the pole since 2018 and teaching since 2022. Their approach to movement starts with curiosity and expands through structured experimentation. If you see Fei in the studio, you'll likely catch them doing low flow combos in socks, spinny shapes and transitions, or high energy stompy heels choreo. Having earned the title of pole dad within the community, they’ll welcome you with open arms, a terrible joke, and signature dadwear.
