In this educational workshop, we will be discussing common pole injuries, how they occur and ways that you can reduce your risk of f*cking up your body pole dancing. About Dr Rausch: Dr. Emily Rausch is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician who specializes in helping pole dancers reduce and recover from injuries. She combines her exercise science and sports medicine education and pole experience to bridge the gap between what is commonly taught in studios and what research is best to optimize performance and reduce injury risk. She is the creator of the Pole Performance Program and the How to Not F*ck Up Your Body Pole dancing courses. She has been pole dancing for over 8 years with an affinity towards static pole and heel work.
